This power vinyasa is going to invite you to embrace hard work! Join me for this full hour of building conscious core connection and upper body strength through challenging and playful poses in flow. We hit a bit of everything in this one: standing balance, deep twists, hand balancing, inversions, big backbends, and even a little sneaky Pilates moment gets sprinkled in the mix. This one is meant to really burn the gas in the tank: but in order for that to happen, YOU need to put in the effort to find the fire from the inside out. I want to invite you to see how strong you can truly be in each and every pose. You will maybe want 2 blocks for practice, as well as a wall. Level 2/3.

What props are better for different styles of practice? What yoga toys look fun, but are really unnecessary? I dive into all of this and more in this 30 minute chat video. Hilariously, I forgot to mention one of the most important props: a yoga strap! I don't discuss this with the other 2 essential props I mention, but take it from me here: you want a yoga strap. It doesn't matter what kind, you can get the cheapest one you can find even. Besides that silly miss, this is a very thorough exploration of yoga props and toys.
