Practices to Support You in Hard Times
In light of the constant onslaught of impossible to manage news, violence in the world, and collective heartbreak that needs mending: I felt called to curate a special collection of classes to support you in hard times. These are classes from the membership library that I think are great for moving through stress or difficult emotions through a variety of approaches. Sometimes when I am stressed, I need to just sit with my breath. Other times when I am feeling full of very-valid-rage, I need to purify my body through fiery practice. Whatever it is you need, I hope I can provide a bit of relief here. I am sending you all of my deep love. We will continue creating a better world, together.
