Upon signing up for my monthly yoga membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Yoga with Dulcinea Terms of Use: Membership Agreement
By electronically signing, enrolling in membership, or otherwise electronically accepting and agreeing to this Membership Agreement, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the Yoga with Dulcinea Liability Waiver and Release, and that you also agree to the following terms outlined in this document. You understand that with your monthly membership payment, you and only you have access to your membership login information, and you will not share your membership login information, or any online classes with anyone at any time for any reason. By signing, enrolling in membership, or otherwise acknowledging these terms, you agree to fulfill your recurring payment, and that you will notify Dulcinea if you wish to cease payments according to the details listed below regarding cancellation. This also applies when, and if, automatic recurring payments are available and implemented. You also understand that if you are to ever change your email address that you will notify Dulcinea immediately so as to not miss any payments or important updates, and furthermore that you will read Dulcinea’s weekly emails and are responsible to be up to date with all current membership information. You agree to Dulcinea creating a confidential file in her Stripe and Wix accounts with your client information to keep track of invoicing and processing secure payments.
By signing or otherwise acknowledging these Terms of Use, or enrolling in membership, you agree and acknowledge that you will not publicly slander Yoga with Dulcinea, Dulcinea Moran, or her teachings, classes, training, artwork, or services in any written, spoken, digital or visual format. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate membership termination with no refund.
Additionally, signing these Terms of Use, enrolling in membership or otherwise acknowledging these Terms of Use demonstrates that you agree to never claim any of Dulcinea Moran’s teachings, classes, training, artworks, or services as your own. You agree to always tag, cite, and source Dulcinea on Instagram using her current Instagram username whenever referring to anything related to Yoga with Dulcinea. You give Dulcinea Moran full permission to share any written reviews and/or testimonials you have provided, any photos you have shared of your practice with Dulcinea, and any photos that may have been taken of you in an in person class or service with Dulcinea for any marketing purposes in support of Yoga with Dulcinea.
By electronically signing, enrolling in membership or otherwise electronically accepting and agreeing to this Agreement you certify that you have carefully reviewed, fully understand and agree to the above.
Cancelation Policy
If you ever want to cancel your subscription, you acknowledge that you must provide a written cancellation notice to Dulcinea via email at least seven working days prior to the next billing cycle. If you write to cancel your membership less than seven working days prior to the next billing cycle, you may have to complete the next billing cycle before your membership payments end. If you cancel your membership, you acknowledge the cancellation is only official once you receive a confirmation email from Dulcinea that your membership was successfully cancelled. To renew your membership after a cancellation, you may email Dulcinea.
